Welcome to The Parfum Edit. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by The Parfum Edit. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Parfum Edit. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

All perfumes sold are designer-inspired. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original designer brands. Product names mentioned on our site are provided solely as a reference and should not be mistaken for the actual high-street, designer, or niche brand. All names, trademarks, and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

•  Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail 48 tracked service for £4.45

•  Express Delivery: Delivered within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for £5.65

•  Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £45

  •  Safe Place Deliveries: Where a parcel is left in a “Safe Place” as agreed between you and Royal Mail (or any other carrier), The Parfum Edit cannot be held responsible if the parcel subsequently goes missing, is stolen, or is not received by you.

In these circumstances, responsibility for investigating and resolving the issue lies with you and the carrier. We recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to raise a claim or enquiry.

We will of course assist where possible by providing tracking information and proof of postage, but we are not liable for any loss that occurs after the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered to a Safe Place.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. The Parfum Edit is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

•  10ml sample sizes cannot be returned under any circumstances.

•  Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return.

•  Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of The Parfum Edit and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Parfum Edit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
