Are your fragrances inspired by designer brands?

Yes, our fragrances are designer-inspired, offering similar luxury scents without the high price tag. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the designer brands.

How long do your fragrances last?

Longevity varies depending on the product and individual skin chemistry, but our eau de parfums typically last 6–8 hours.

Do your fragrances contain alcohol?

Our perfumes contain cosmetic-grade alcohol, and all fragrance oils are IFRA-certified, compliant with UK/EU cosmetic regulations and skin-safe.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, none of our fragrances or products are tested on animals, and they are 100% vegan-friendly.

How strong are your perfumes?

We use the highest concentrate permited in all our Eau D'Parfums

How should I store my Perfume?

Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its quality.

Do you offer samples or testers?

Yes, you can purchase 10ml samples to test before committing to a full-size

Can I return or exchange a perfume?

For hygiene reasons, fragrances must be returned unopened and unused.

We do not accept returns on 10ml sample sizes, regardless of condition. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return. For the 50ml or 100ml. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it
straight away.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within [2 to 3] business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, tes do not ship Internationally at present.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please contact us with your order number, and we’ll track your parcel right away.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?

If your payment has been processed but you haven’t received a confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder, as it may have landed there by mistake.

You can also view your order status by logging in to your account.
