Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2-3 business days via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service for £4.45

Express Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for £5.65.

Free Shipping: Orders Over £45.00

Safe Place Deliveries: Where a parcel is left in a “Safe Place” as agreed between you and Royal Mail (or any other carrier), The Parfum Edit cannot be held responsible if the parcel subsequently goes missing, is stolen, or is not received by you.

In these circumstances, responsibility for investigating and resolving the issue lies with you and the carrier. We recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to raise a claim or enquiry.

We will of course assist where possible by providing tracking information and proof of postage, but we are not liable for any loss that occurs after the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered to a Safe Place.
