Returns

We want you to love your purchase but If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return on eligible items.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items must be in resalable condition with all seals intact.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note
We do not accept returns on 10ml sample sizes, regardless of condition.
Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return.
Items marked as final sale or part of promotional giveaways are non-returnable.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team at sales@theparfumedit.com within 30 days of purchase.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Item
If your order arrives damaged: you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item and provide photographic evidence to support the claim and assist us with any further investigation. Please email sales@theparfumedit.com
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at sales@theparfumedit.com for return instructions and further assistance.
